Good 1 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guidelines
Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using the good 1 platform. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and good 1, and sets out the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the good 1 platform, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms. You should not use the platform without reading and understanding these Terms — contact our support team if you need assistance. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms apply to adult residents of Bangladesh aged 18 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating in any betting activity on the good 1 platform. We reserve the right to verify a user's age at any time, and any account found to have provided false information will be suspended immediately.
Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy apply alongside these Terms and carry equal weight. Together, these documents form the complete legal framework governing your relationship with good 1. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall take precedence.
Account Registration & Security
Registration Process
To create an account on good 1, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and mobile number. Registering with false or incomplete information is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds. Each user is permitted to hold only one account — if multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be closed.
After registration is complete, good 1 may request a copy of your national ID or passport for KYC verification. This verification process is mandatory — withdrawal requests will not be processed until the required documents have been submitted. This step exists to protect you, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Allowing any other person to access your account, or placing bets on behalf of a third party, is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to the good 1 support team immediately. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended, as it significantly enhances the security of your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
User Obligations
By using the good 1 platform, you agree to do so only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Bangladeshi law. Harassing, abusing, or engaging in fraudulent activity against other users is strictly prohibited. You may not use any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools that could disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
Misuse of bonuses or promotions — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or claiming offers using false information — is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be suspended immediately. good 1 reserves the right to initiate an investigation and take appropriate action regarding any suspicious activity at any time.
Platform Usage Restrictions
- Placing bets on behalf of or as a representative of a minor is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to identify or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform is prohibited.
- Impersonating another user or operating under a false identity is prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds is prohibited.
- Commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent from good 1 is strictly prohibited.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on good 1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support multiple payment methods for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–5 business days to process; however, processing may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. Withdrawals must always be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit — requests to transfer funds to a third-party account will not be accepted. good 1 reserves the right to place a hold on payments during any investigation into suspicious transactions.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers on good 1 carry specific wagering requirements and validity periods, which are clearly stated in each offer's details. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become eligible for withdrawal once the required rollover has been completed. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or gain an unfair advantage through fraudulent means will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
Good 1 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, for which good 1 bears no responsibility. Any tax obligations arising from your use of the platform are your sole responsibility.
Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
Good 1 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures on the platform. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform availability, as temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. good 1 bears no responsibility for betting outcomes or wins and losses — all betting decisions are made entirely at the user's own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, good 1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The total compensation you may claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited over the preceding three months. This limitation applies to all aspects of good 1's services.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Good 1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or instructions from law enforcement. Users with suspended accounts may appeal through our support team, and good 1 will complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may request to close their account at any time. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed. However, balances in accounts closed due to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Matters
Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on the good 1 platform — including logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, designs, and multimedia elements — is the exclusive property of good 1 or its licensors. No part of this content may be copied, republished, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of good 1. good 1 reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of any infringement.
By uploading or sharing any content on the platform, you grant good 1 a non-exclusive license to use that content. You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the content you share and that no third-party rights are being infringed.
Third-Party Links & Services
The good 1 platform may integrate with third-party services or payment gateways. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are outside good 1's control. good 1 is not responsible for any issues or losses arising from the use of third-party services. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of any third-party service before using it.
Good 1 makes no guarantees regarding the performance or security of third-party platforms, and users assume full responsibility in this regard.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Good 1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is the user's responsibility to visit this page regularly to stay up to date with the latest Terms. good 1 is under no obligation to notify users of changes on an individual basis, but will always endeavour to communicate significant updates appropriately.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between good 1 and a user will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to the competent courts of Bangladesh for settlement.
